I had a 20-minute interview with the two supervisors on the phone. They alternated asking me questions about my prior work experiences and education. Then they asked if I had any questions, and answered all of mine. At the end of the interview, they said that they were going to review the applicants' and their abilities, and possibly schedule an in-person interview to finalize their decision. However, a few weeks later I received a call saying that I was offered the position, with no additional interviews.
