HR set up the interview with unit manager via Zoom. She asked the standard interview questions, starting with tell me about yourself and what do you know about Duke. Make sure you answer questions using STAR method. They love when you give specific examples. I didn’t find the interview difficult. Manager was laid back. Just show your personality and answer honestly. I was offered the job on the spot.
