I was interviewed only by one nursing manager and surprised a Lactation Consultant was not involved in the interview. The nurse manager was friendly and knowledgeable about mother baby nursing care and management but not about Lactation issues. She seemed most concerned about scheduling and how many patients I could see in a day.
