Submitted an online application and was contacted to set up an interview at the Charlotte office. I was interviewed by two managers and they asked me questions from a standardized list and then asked if I had any questions for them. After this, I was treated to lunch. The nature of the interview was entirely behavioral (no nuclear/technical questions).

interview was conducted online and with multiple managers from different departments who took turn asking the tough questions before opening the floor for the interviewee to ask questions. they were helpful in prompting questions
Structured review by multiple people. Internship preferred. Your teamwork skill is more important than your knowledge. Show your good social skills during interview. Positive attitude will be an asset.
