I requested for the interview to be done ASAP and got a phone interview the next day.
Phone interview - general screening questions.
Response came back within 24 hours. Asked me to complete an online test, I completed it within a day and got asked to come for an interview within the same week of application.
On-site day consisted of two face to face interviews and a technical question to solve.
Received response soon after.

Face to face interviews looked for technical competence. Asking about what was done in previous work experience, how the technology was applied, why certain technologies were chosen etc.
The technical question was relatively difficult but it was done as pair programming where you can share ideas, find a solution and put it into code.

Ik had 4 gesprekken. 2 technische gesprekken, 1 technische proef en 1 HR gesprek. Deze gesprekken waren goed opgebouwd, aangenaam en goed rond gecommuniceerd.
De enige reden waarom ik een neutrale ervaring heb ipv een positieve is dat ze me hierna hebben geghost ipv me te mailen dat ik de job niet kreeg.

Entrevista
The programming interview was completely irrelevant to what they do and unfairly difficult for the position that you apply. I thought they would only consider the progress I made to solve the problem and at the least give me a chance for next interview.
