Got a call from the Human Resources rep and setup a 30 minute phone screen. Once this was completed she was super excited to move me on the hiring manager. 3 weeks pass, I have to follow up with her and ask what happened, she mentions oh, yea let me get you scheduled, a week or so later I speak to someone else in Canada that isn't even the hiring manager, get asked a series of star interview questions and never heard back again for yet another 3 weeks.
