The interview process at DuPont is comprehensive and designed to assess a candidate’s technical expertise and team fit. It typically unfolds over the course of a full day and includes the following stages:
1) Technical Presentation:
2) One-on-One Interviews with Team Members: After the presentation, candidates engage in personal interviews with various team members, making you feel like a valued part of the team.
3) Lab Tour: a tour of the DuPont laboratory facilities.
4) Final Meeting with the Hiring Manager: The day concludes with a meeting with the hiring manager.
Very smooth. It started with a technical presentation of my doctoral research, then followed by several 1-on-1 interviews with research scientists, and also those on the manufacturing plant that I will likely work with if hired

Very smooth arrangement. first talking with the recruiter. then moved to the hiring manager, then talking to the group and presentation. It took them long time to decide though. Almost a month.
