First interview was a group interview hosted by the District Managers. The second interview was a 45 minute experience day with the District Managers observing your interaction with clients and the staff.

Met with District manager twice and answered questions and then had phone interview with VP of stores.there was also a lot of correspondence with the human resources. You also had to observe the shop and do a two hour test run in the shop to see if you would be a good fit and vice versa.
