The process was laid back. I was called six days after I submitted the application online, was asked some questions, and then scheduled an interview for the week after. The assistant manager came in first, asked me general interview questions, and then the store manager did the same. Both were very kind and easy to talk to. I did not feel uncomfortable at any moment.
