Very extensive hiring process.
Phase 1: Recruiter call, 30 minutes discussing details listed on role description.
Phase 2: Zoom call 30 min with Hiring manager to review resume and experience along with more details on the role.
Phase 3: 3 separate 30 min Zoom calls with other CSM. Questions on skills and experience.
Phase 4: 1 hour Panel Interview via Zoom with 4 people and a presentation in PPT. They provide you with a power point template that you have to fill in with your story, experience, and some role playing exercises. First 30 minutes you do the presentation, last half is you answering questions on how you would handle difficult customers.
Phase 5: Two 30 minute Zoom calls, 1 with hiring manager, the other with the Global VP of Customer Success.
It took 3 days after the last interview for them to call me back with an update. Call was from Recruiter.

Entrevista
Spent several hours interviewing (6 total interviews) including a presentation. Emailed regarding next steps and feedback the following day. Took almost a week for any response just to be told they were moving forward with another candidate. When asked about feedback on my interview and what they were looking for I was told that was confidential information and "the team really liked me". Sounds like management needs to be better prepared for those types of conversations and delivery.
