The process involved 6 rounds: a reach-out by their HR representative, one initial call with the Head of Growth, another call with both the latter and one of the founders, a case study, the case study presentation and a final round devised as a working session. At the end of this (rather long) procedure, I was rejected. The company was nevertheless professional and very business-focussed throughout, even if that involved a lot of work, study, and technical discussions from my side that sometimes looked a bit too much like doing free consultancy for them without being really interested in offering me a job from the start.
