Entrevista
The initial application was just submitting a resume via Dropbox. After, they contacted me to complete a "short questionnaire" this included a written portion where I answered sample questions asked by users as well as revising a prewritten response. After that, I had a "Take The Interview" portion where I recorded myself answering a number of prerecorded questions -- some were basic like "Tell me about Yourself" and "Why Dropbox" others were more peculiar like their classic Dropbox toaster question. I was then contacted for a phone interview. She asked me behavioral questions, describe something I was proud of and then more Dropbox/position specific questions like how I would prioritize user emails.

What keywords would you use to differentiate an "important" or less basic user question from FAQ questions?
Solicité el puesto a través de la escuela superior o la universidad. El proceso duró 2 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Dropbox en feb 2014
Entrevista
I was first contacted by a recruiter and sent the link to complete a digital interview. In the digital interview they gave me the question on one side of the screen and thirty seconds to prepare a response. When my thirty seconds were up, I had two minutes to respond. Then, I was contacted by another recruiter to schedule a phone interview. The phone interview lasted about thirty seconds and the interviewer told me about Dropbox and what the job entailed. Everyone seemed pretty nice. The hiring team is also pretty quick about responding and letting applicants know about their status.

If you could give your best friend a superpower, what would it be?
I had a case question asking how I would respond if a user wrote saying that they opened their Dropbox and did not see any of their files.
