I applied for the position Tuesday night and received a call from the HR national recruiter the next afternoon. He asked me a little about what I do now explained his company and what the day to day would be like. He then took my availability to interview and I met with the director of HR The next day. The office was beautiful and has a few terraces. The interview barely felt like an interview. It was conversational and more getting to know me rather than off the book interview questions.
