We're mindful of the time required both for candidates and our hiring team, and seek to strike a balance to allow candidates to get to know us and our team and vice versa. This process has served us and our team members well, but we can always improve so we appreciate your feedback. We track interview timelines and the average candidate completes the process inside 1 calendar week. There are circumstances, due to holidays or other commitments, where it can take longer, but that is extremely rare. The reference to an interview question for "building a budget" is not, nor has it ever been, part of our interview process.
