1. The phone screen was late. It was difficult to talk to the recruiter as he was moving around and multi-tasking. 2. The take home assessment doesn't really test you on showcasing your work, rather, it tests your knowledge on problem solving and it's all multiple choice. It is not manual test friendly, you will need to know unit testing and other things. Which bums me! because I was immediately cancelled out of the process due to not passing and I really wanted to be part of this company!
