Having applied at some more larger tech companies in Tokyo with extremely complex interviewing processes, Drivemode's was a breath of fresh air. My interview process included: 1. Initial meeting with my potential team 2. Very basic code exam to test my code skills 3. Follow up interview with team to present my code exam 4. Interview with the VP of Product 5. Interview with the VP of Design 6. Interview with the CEO. All in all, the entire process was less than 2 weeks, and compared to the other processes, I had a tremendously fun time doing it.
