Overall, very lousy coordination, unclear what the rubric was given a broad set of questions that highlighted the various internal issues across the team, but extreme candidness in that the team was not fulfilling Honda’s expectations. Do not expect an evaluation based on skills but random vibes on cultural fit given the vendor like relationship the firm has with its headquarters. Study up on techniques to drive consensus and lead when Executives are more passive. Perhaps too long of a process given the below market rate compensation.
