Asked a bunch of random questions all over the place. Didn't seem to really ask any good "real" questions at all. This company is growing so fast and hiring bright eyed but unqualified employees.

Asking how old i am? Agist much? discrimination because im not 22 years old and straight out of college and have more qualifications than even your regional management? The questions were so bland and boring. They seemed to not be very experienced with interviews.
