The recruiter (Ed) was super responsive, communicative and transparent. His follow-ups were prompt and detailed, despite the difference in timezone. Made scheduling a breeze. The entire process set up a great first impression of Dremio, and it quickly became my top choice, The interviews were thoughtful, candid and introspective. I walked away feeling good about the company and also enjoyed each conversation.
Hiring process consisted in meetings with internal recruiter, several with head of International Sales (recruiting manager), head of solution architect and C levels. During this process I had a great interactions with every persona and human aspect in parallel of business experience was a huge differenciator in favor of Dremio

Straightforward process. Initial screen, hiring, manager, leaders, etc. Each interview was conversational and not like an interrogation, I felt like I learned something new each discussion. The recruiter was great. Very transparent and acted as a coach throughout the process.
