Your ability to answer the questions with little preparation is a sign you are a suitable candidate. Once I answered the questions, I was then offered a face to face interview. I was asked a number of questions relating to my experiences, how I dealt with past situations and how I would change the decisions made then. After this, I was asked to act in a role play situation where I would need to recommend the correct pillow for the customer. You do not need to necessarily remember every detail, they are looking out for eye contact, probing for detail and professionalism. I was asked to return to the store for an informal conversation with the store manager and was introduced to team members. I received a call the following week of a job offer.
