2 hour interview process. You talk to 4 people, 30 min each. They ask you some questions to get to know you. It’s very clear they look for a very specific personality over skillset (which is also important)
This was all after weeks and weeks of back and forth with the recruiter.
The first three to interview me had warm personalities but the final one had a very cold demeanor; she would look at you blankly with awkward pauses, which was very off putting.
Overall, I felt I invested too much time; they need to work on respecting interviewee’s times.

Recruiter was very helpful and kept tabs on you to make sure things went smoothly. 2 hour interview where you spend 30 minutes each with four different team members. They were very transparent about what the job entails. I will note they seem to really gauge your personality over your skills. Ultimately didn’t get the job. Was disappointed at the outcome but I learned a lot from it. Taught me to prepare for some wild questions which I can apply in life. Grateful for the opportunity!

Entrevista
I had 4 interviews that each lasted 30min. The first one was a phone call with HR to get a sense of my experience, availability, etc. It was extremely casual and nice. The next was with my future boss. He explained the role and my expectations within it and I asked a lot of questions to make it conversational. Very easy! Next was with the VP of marketing. Right off the bat, it was very fun a conversation (barely about the job). It was clearly just to get an idea of my vibe. The last was with two of my future co-workers. They described their roles and how I would support them. My biggest takeaway from the interviews (and since I've gotten hired) is that DreamWorks wants people at their company who can do the work but don't take themselves too seriously. Truly the best interview experience I've ever had!
