The director who interviewed me did not seem interested in the position nor was he prepared to meet me. (Keep in mind this interview was scheduled a week in advance.) The entire time he sat with me, he stared at my resume as it seemed it was his first time seeing it, and just asked me to run down what my past jobs and responsibilities were (which he would have known had he read through my resume!). Not only was he uninterested, he was late to my interview by roughly 45 minutes and then at the end dismissed me saying I got the job. Since he is a director, I understand being late to meetings, however even the recruiter had no idea what happened to him and she scrambled for the first 30 minutes trying to get in touch with the director and his department to try to figure out where he was and decided to ask another recruiter to walk me to the cafeteria to grab a coffee! HUGE RED FLAGS.
