Things started out well with an initial e-mail then a scheduled phone interview. Things fell apart quickly when the HR rep missed our call window that she set up. We rescheduled and did the interview but at the end when she asked if I had any questions hung up in the middle of the second question I asked. Follow-up e-mails and phone calls went unanswered until I was rather rudely told that she would be on vacation and wouldn't get back to the process for about a month. After a little over a month I was told that they were pursing other candidates. Ultimately I felt very disrespected and was disappointed in the HR 'professional' conduct.

Q: How do you feel about working in collaborative environments?
Interviewed with HR. Not very friendly. Basic questions like tell me about yourself, why do you want to work here, etc.. Was told I was suppose to hear back by end of the week. Did not hear anything for almost a month until I sent over an email asking for an update. Have heard from several others that they ghost a lot of candidates.
