There was a cognitive/personality assessment before the first interview. The interview process involves three interviews. The first interview lasted one hour and involved technical and nontechnical questions. The second interview was also an hour long and had a two-member panel; it was purely technical. I did not make it past the 2nd interview despite having no trouble in answering most of the questions. But what was most disappointing to me was the fact that I was not given any feedback after the interview.

The interview process was quick and easy. Instead of a technical project, I was given an IQ test. I've never had that happen, so that was a bit odd. I was also given a personality test.
