Mr Jing Kai, whom I spoke to during the interview process, made the entire interview process the best interview I've had the blessing to attend. He was polite , professional and shared an infectiously exciting energy. During our prompt email exchanges, he was thoroughly transparent with the interview process from start to end, clearly stating what would occur and what I could expect from them. While I was naturally disappointed that I did not get the job offer, I was surprised that I was provided with a explanation detailing the areas I excelled at, the company's stance regarding my rejection and the plan moving forward. I had always imagined the perfect interview process but never encountered it; up until today. Professional, polite, positive and informative; these are the words I would use to describe the interview process - which should probably be the industry standard.
