Initial online application was made. this was followed by a corresponding invitation to complete a online interview. then received a phone call and was invited to complete an interview. Interview went well and the interviewees ensured I felt comfortable and confident
Went through an assessment center with a group assessment and individual interview. The group assessment was a test of collaborative and interpersonal skills. The interview was a standard internship interview.

In person assessment at the Downer office. Started with team bonding exercises with other candidates then one on one interviews with the managers. The whole process was about 5 hours long.
