The Interview process was behavioral based. They use the STAR Method as well. It's usually who you know around Dow not what you know. I was already in the company and new some of the folks in that department which helped me. I job shadowed with an agents prior to having my interviews so the whole process was quick. Overall pretty easy interview though.
