Entrevista
The University Career Services office told me about Dow recruiting in my university. I called the recruiter before she came and talked to her over the phone. She liked me and called me for a site interview. The position got filled by someone else but she refered me to another site. Got another on person interview in a different site. Had 2 interviews during the same day and 1 site tour. They called me later that day to give me a verbal offer. 3 days later I got the writing offer.

Tell me about a time you had to use your technical knowledge. Why do you want to work for Dow. What would you bring of value to the company.
Two interviews. Questions were mostly situational, want you to speak on experience. There were 4 people for the first interview, the second interview was more of a meet and greet with the manager. Easy second interview you're more just talking.

Tell me about a time you made a mistake and had to adapt
Just behavioral type questions, but mine was on campus recruiting so might include technical ones for other more traditional interviews. Was very relaxed and casual, interviewers were easy to talk to and answer back.
Was a fairly simple interview compared to others. The entire process felt more like a conversation than an interview, and we went well over the time after talking about ourselves, qualifications, and any other skills/questions.
