Campus recruiting with 45mins interview in person. First ask to introduce my research experience, following by behavior question then question time. Behavior questions including the previous experience of collaboration, conflict with colleagues.

Presented a talk followed by several one-on-one discussions with potential managers and teammates. The discussions were very friendly, and interviewers seemed genuinely curious in my work and how I attacked problems. Overall a great experience.

Entrevista
45 minute on-campus interview: 15 minute discussion of research (with various technical questions from interviewer) + 30 minute behavioral interview. If on-campus interview successful, followed by an invitation to an on-site interview (45 minute technical presentation + 1:1 interviews).
