I talked to a recruiter in a career fair who then offered me interview. The interview was quite simple and easy going, the recruiter was really friendly. He sold the company really well made me want to switch from wanting to work for their rivals to working for them instead.

It was mostly standard questions, why dow chemical? or just tell me a situation in where you had to use emotional thinking and how did you work with it.
Two interviews. Questions were mostly situational, want you to speak on experience. There were 4 people for the first interview, the second interview was more of a meet and greet with the manager. Easy second interview you're more just talking.

Tell me about a time you made a mistake and had to adapt
Just behavioral type questions, but mine was on campus recruiting so might include technical ones for other more traditional interviews. Was very relaxed and casual, interviewers were easy to talk to and answer back.
Was a fairly simple interview compared to others. The entire process felt more like a conversation than an interview, and we went well over the time after talking about ourselves, qualifications, and any other skills/questions.
