The interview process was an average process with your standard industry based questions. The interview consisted of behavior based questions, safety questions, personal questions, and a opportunity to as the interviewer questions

What is a time you experience a issue and how did you resolve it?
Two interviews. Questions were mostly situational, want you to speak on experience. There were 4 people for the first interview, the second interview was more of a meet and greet with the manager. Easy second interview you're more just talking.

Tell me about a time you made a mistake and had to adapt
Just behavioral type questions, but mine was on campus recruiting so might include technical ones for other more traditional interviews. Was very relaxed and casual, interviewers were easy to talk to and answer back.
Was a fairly simple interview compared to others. The entire process felt more like a conversation than an interview, and we went well over the time after talking about ourselves, qualifications, and any other skills/questions.
