Lengthy but worth it if you know what you’re doing within the real estate industry. Have to be licensed through New York State. Would recommend joining a team if you are a new realtor
They asked me basic questions around why would i want to pursue a commission only role and the field itself. Just In case you should some basic knowledge about mortgage rates and Price per square foot (Comps) for the office you are interviewing for.
