The whole process was not very long (about 15 minutes I would say) and not too difficult in terms of difficulty. The conversations were made to feel very light and easy-going thanks to the recruiter/hotel GM.
Apply with CV, and then go into the hotel for a short in person interview with the manager who will ask you questions to get to know you. Then wait for them to get back to you with an update.

Entrevista
I had an in-person interview they were friendly and made me feel at ease. The questions were about hospitality and situations encountered. I have not heard back from them yet whether I got the job.
The interview went very well, it was more like a talk with a friend than an interview. They sent me an email about my application and then I came there to meet them.
