Good. It was not that formal, and we didn’t talk much about my experience it was more about personality as for the role I wanted, it would be easier to train someone than teach them good work ethic

was pretty easy just more about yourself and what you have done in previous jobs . then they told me more about what the role i was interviewed was all about. met with the other managers the next day of the interview. then after about three days had an invitation to come for induction which was literally them showing me around the hotel. got given a cookie at the end which was great
