I believe I was contacted by a VERY UNRESPONSIVE recruiter and was sent multiple at home tests then had 5 interviews the same morning!
Wish I could get that time back...

Fairly simple.
1st step was recruiter interview
2nd Step was a take home assignment - straightforward and simple if you have previous merchant experience.
Final step was three interviews at 30 minutes each with hiring managers an team leads

Very behavioral focused. Even the mock role play was short and focused on behavior and personality. Lots of questions about a time when you had conflict with a peer or customer. Prepare heavily for any and all behavioral questions. Last interview is about Doordash values.
