Interview was fine. Standard questions with a recruiter. What was disappointing is what came after. No follow up from the recruiter and no response to follow up email from myself. Very disappointing. Companies need to remember that the process isn’t just about them. There are other people involved and having no respect for other peoples time says a lot about a company. Completely understand that I may not have been the best/right person for the position, but based on my overall experience, I would never apply with the company again.
