      Notes for Applicants: Not impressed with their interview process. Long-short they setup a ton of hoops for you to jump through and solicit significant amounts of free work. All applicants should be wary of that amount of free strategy they solicit via case studies. Recapped the interview process below - after a 20 minute phone screen (not even half an hour) I was asked to complete a case study within 48 hours. In my case, the case study was to create a strategy/GTM outline for a new pipeline. They say the case study will take 4-6 hours to complete - expect double if you really want to do a good job. After submitting my case study was invited to have 3 30-minute interviews with team members, who asked standardized but general interpersonal questions. None of my interviewers asked any questions about my case study - it was not apparent anyone in this group had reviewed my project. A few days after, received a generic “not moving forward”. Notes for DoorDash: While I appreciate being able to demonstrate my skills via a project, asking dozens of applicants to submit free strategic work after a 20 minute screen is the wrong step in the interview process to request that level of work. Subjective, interpersonal screens should happen at the beginning of the process, not the end. If you are going to ask applicants to spend 4-12 hours on a project, that should be included in the interview process. It was obvious to me none of my interviewers read my project. Had I known this, would not have applied. Interview Process: 1) Screening questions to submit resume ex: Why DoorDash? 2) 20 minute screen with Director 3) 48 hour case study that takes 4-12 hours to complete 4) 3 30-minute interpersonal interviews
