      Entrevista

      A manager reached out to me for joining a new team at DoorDash. I had a short call with him, was sent an open-ended case question and told to present my recommendation in any format. I spent 12+ hours working on it. When I sent it back, I received an email within a few hours to move forward with the next round. I then had 2 phone call interviews with managers, both interviews were case style. Neither too difficult - mostly situational questions about increasing profit from an order, etc. The managers were helpful and nice and provided positive feedback at the end of the interview. The final round was an in-person interview with 3 directors and VPs. They seemed to have other things on their mind because I could tell they were answering emails or preparing for the next meeting during the interview. One of the interviewers seemed to have no idea this was on her schedule and did not read my resume or look over the questions before the interview. She had a very judgmental look throughout the interview and I could tell she was not listening. The last interview was meant to be a video call - an employee was supposed to set me up to have the call but there were technical difficulties. I asked around for help fixing the connection and I was told to just wait. They did not help me reconnect until 10 minutes into the interview so only had 20 minutes for the last interview. The interviewer then acted like it was my fault for not getting connected properly. The 3 higher-level management interviewers seemed to not care and were disrespectful of the candidate's time, but I enjoyed the process up until the in-person round.
