The interview process consisted of many vague questions, most of which felt were taken off of some googled "interview questions" landing page. Didn't feel as though the interviews were really trying to understand me as an individual. Kennedy, a Sales Manager for the Partner Manager team especially, asked me very generic questions that were all just reworded questions. She squinted at her laptop, read the question fumbling along, and then made laser eye contact. She was clearly under-prepared. Tip: Ask hard questions. Ask what your goals are, how you will be measured, ask to see where you'll be sitting and to meet your manager whom you'll be reporting to. A lot of red flags about this place I wish I had seen in the interview process. I am no longer with the company and wish I had asked more questions so I could look for a real job, rather than a hard sales position in "Partner Manager" clothing.

First, there will be a 15-minute phone call with the HR specialist, followed by an interview with the team. About a week later, you will receive a case study to work on, after which there will be a follow-up interview to present the case study to the entire team. If you pass the case study interview, you will proceed to the final interview with the line manager and department head.
