DonorPath verified my credentials before the process began. I was interviewed twice - one hour per interview. The questions were straightforward, experience and behavioral based. Examples included: Fundraising philosophy, examples of successes and mistakes, what was learned from each, what I could offer clients, etc. DonorPath personnel were quick about moving the process forward - very professional. When the opportunity was presented and accepted, training was scheduled for the next week. The entire process was via phone, as that is how most of the client work is conducted.
