There are two interviews. One is conducted by senior manager and the other is conducted by CEO. You need to study semiconductor process and prepare for foundary business. At first you have to concentrate on the position you want to be hired. And then you have to prepare for job interview skills. You can find them easily in internet. Anyway have a good luck!
