Invited in for a tour of the facility and to take 5 different tests covering numerical ability, mechanical ability etc. Not to hard in general but they are timed. Afterwards was given a scheduled time for a panel interview. Once interview completed you're told they will take into account your scores as well as how you did on the interview on making a hiring decision. They do not leave you hanging and you will know within 48 hours if you got the position.
