The recruiter reached out to me and asked me a few questions about myself and my goals. He then sent out a work sample for me to work on. They say you must sped at least 2 hours on it. They have many options to choose from. I spent a few hours on it and submitted it. I was ghosted for two weeks. I followed up with the recruiter and they said they already hired someone a month ago.

Meet with a very positive recruiter, then recieved email to work on a take home assessment. They mentioned it would take 3 hours. I spent over 3 hours on it, and while in school so time was valuable. Was ghosted for 3 weeks until after consistinely reaching out they filled the position internally over 2 weeks ago.
