Did an online interview via Hirevue (about 5 Q’s). I was invited to multiple in-person interviews which seemed more of a ‘do you fit our culture’. I thought it was odd the CFO asked about my ACT (took it 15 yrs ago). Detailed Experience: I did an online video recorded interview via Hirevue. There were about 5 questions. Then I was invited to an in person interview. The interview was very easy, more of a get to know you and what has your experience been. Afterwards they requested references and contacted all of them via email. I was then asked to come back for another interview with others in the team. Overall I really enjoyed my chat, however, it was clear to me that they were VERY busy trying to make our meeting as short as possible. I thought it was odd that they asked what my ACT was (a test I took a long time ago). I was told I was their number 1 candidate. I thought for sure they were going to give me an offer. A few weeks went by and they told me they hired someone else. The entire process was a bit bizarre considering the feedback they gave me. The salary was within market for someone with 2 years of experience, but was about 20% less than what the market is paying for someone with more than 5 years experience. I would recommend Domo and it would be a great place to be at.
