The general manager took my into the back room, where her office was. The computers were down so she had to get all of my information on paper. I was asked general questions about my personality, what I would do if someone like __ came into the store, and if I cared about store safety records, etc.

Applied online and had to take assessment tests which took about an hour. A few weeks later I got a call from the store manager to come in for an interview. It was a very basic interview and quite easy at that point. I was offered the job that day to start training soon but I declined the offer.
