I received a phone call from the owner to setup a tour and interview. I received an invite to become a team member with Dogtopia and a salary offer. I called the owner over the phone and presented a counter offer of $13 (originally $11). I felt that was fair given my experience. The owner declined my negotiation and pulled my job offer.
