4 rounds and really stretched out process. 1. Recruiter screen 2. Hiring manager 3. 1:1 with teams and leaders 4. Presentation round People were very respectful and spoke really well all through the process. The recruiter was terrible. He wasn’t on top of keeping the candidate in loop or checking in on why’s going on. I had to follow up to schedule mostly. After the final round and having spent 6+ weeks into this process, he dint even have the courtesy to call or send a formal reject email. I had to follow up after week and after receiving a random employee experience survey to know that I wasn’t selected. Which company sends a survey before letting the candidate know the decision. Absolutely waste of my time. The team and people were great. The recruiters are all terrible human beings!
