I applied online, and was very quickly scheduled for an interview with an Engineering Manager. After a very pleasant chat, I had another interview scheduled with 3 engineers at once, where they asked me lots of questions about Rails, engineering processes I liked/didn't like ... and told me how the day to day dev process at Dockyard worked. Was very fascinated by their Free Friday policy where you get to work on whatever you want ... Start to finish the process took 2 weeks, they offered me a position quickly, but I wound up going with a different company. Still definitely one of the quickest, most pleasant interview processes I've had the good fortune to experience. Wish more companies interviewed like this.
