The whole process took over 2 months!! After long forms and endless tests, we were requested to build a business case. After building the business case, I imagined we would present but to my surprise, we were NOT requested to present, just build a detailed business case and sent it. After BC was sent, the recruiter/company evaded multiple contact attempts and after a whole month answered that they were "still looking into it". Another month has passed and they sent us a general answer saying that the position had been closed. Super shady process that makes us think that the company was looking for "free consulting hours" and had no real job position open to begin with. Hate how this has grown into a 'common' practice...

O processo foi bem rápido. Primeiramente foi realizada uma entrevista por telefone com o RH da empresa e uma semana depois foi realizada a entrevista presencial com o RH e a coordenação da área na sede da empresa. O processo de entrevista foi muito descontraído e as informações foram passadas de forma bem clara. O RH e a coordenação da área conduziram a entrevista de forma muito agradável, me deixando a vontade. Tive a resposta positiva um dia após a entrevista presencial.
