First I had a screening call with HR. It was okay but they pressured me to disclose my previous salary, simply would not let it go. After that I had an interview with the Head of the department. After that, they sent some materials (excel with data and ppt templates) where I had to answer some scenario questions and I prepared a mock QBR to present for the hiring manager and the VP of customer success as if they were clients.
